In August of 2017, I was a very busy wife and mom to five children (ages 3-10) and I was constantly putting myself last. I was getting ready to turn 40 and I suddenly could see and feel the effects of my hormonal changes. Perimenopause had officially begun. I wanted to better understand nutrition and how it could both help me look AND feel better. My results were incredible and I decided I wanted to become a coach so I could share this lifestyle with anyone and everyone!
